Vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to restore the youthful vaginal appearance and function, and to enhance sexual gratification.

Child birth, vaginal surgery, hormonal changes, chronic cough, constipation, obesity, menopause, and aging can cause vaginal relaxation, stretching, widening, scaring, and decrese sexual sensation.

After multiple child births, the vaginal muscles and pelvic ligaments become stretched, lax, have poor tone, strength, and control. The vagina becomes wide, and the perineum weak, and poorly supported. As a result, the vagina is no longer at its optimum anatomical and physiological state, and sexual gratification is diminished. 

This vaginal and pelvic relaxation gradually worsens, and in later years may cause the pelvic organs to fall, leading to uterine prolapse, vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence, and fecal incontinence. This can also happen in women who have not delivered, but have weak pelvic ligaments and supporting tissue. 

Many women suffer unnecessarily from vaginal relaxation, feel wide, unsatisfied, and complain together with their partners. This condition can be reversed by a vaginoplasty.                                                              

Vaginoplasty or vaginal tightening; will effectively restore the vagina to its original youthful appearance and function, it will enhance vaginal muscle tone, strength, control; and decrease the vaginal diameters as well as build up, and strengthen the perineal body. 

A full depth, multilayer surgical repair is done to the entire length of the vagina, by which separated deep and superficial muscles are sutured together, torn vaginal fascia are repaired, relaxed pelvic ligaments are shortened, and excess vaginal skin removed. This technique will assure long lasting results, and is achieved  by using a surgical laser or gentle precision surgical techniques with great accuracy, resulting in minimal inflammation, scaring, and pain, leading to rapid healing and resumption of daily activities in a short period of time.                          

Labiaplasty (Inner lips): surgical sculpturing and reduction of the size of an elongated or unequal labia minora, to the desired size and look. modern women are becoming more self conscious every day, and are eager to achieve a better holistic look both externally and internally. Labia minora elongation can cause irritation and discomfort during walking, sports, intercourse, or when wearing tight clothing.

Vaginoplasty & Labiaplasty are  among the most requested cosmetic procedures nowadays. Surgery is sometimes needed to cosmetically enhance the vulvar structures, and restore its normal anatomic and physiological functions; i.e. the vagina, labia minora, labia majora, clitoris, mons pubis, and perineum. However some procedures requested may not be medically indicated, and hence; their outcome and effectiveness might not be satisfactory.

Vaginoplasty: Performed by a full depth multilayer repair, to suture  both superficial and deep muscles, remove excess skin, and decrease the width of the vaginal diameter and inlet, assuring better and long lasting results.

Reduction Labiaplasty – Labia Minora: With labial reduction techniques, were can sculpture the elongated or unequal labial minora (small inner lips), that may cause irritation when wearing tight clothing, discomfort during excercise, painful intercourse, or distortion in appearance. There are several methods for a labiaplasty, mainly the wedge method and the trim method, with individual variation for each method. Most women tell us that they do not want the small inner lips to project beyond the large outer lips.

Augmentation Labiaplasty – Labia Majora: This type of labial surgery enhances the youthful appearance of the labia majora via autologous fat transplant (removal of the patient’s fat via liposuction and transplanting it into the labia majora), or injecting a collagen material.

Clitoral Hood Reduction – Excess skin along the sides of the clitoris is reduced. This allows the skin to drape neatly over the clitoris, providing the desired aesthetic enhancement and enhanced sexual sensation.

Perineoplasty – This process is intended to strengthen and rejuvenate the relaxed or aging perineum. It also enhances the sagging labia majora (large outer lips) and labia minor, and provides a youthful appealing vulva..
